Money 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2)

Money 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) was released on 22nd January 2007.

This is a minor update for the software, and is designed to fix an issue with Windows Vista whereby you are repeatedly asked to download the update.

On starting Money 2007, you may see the message: 'To continue operating successfully, Money requires a software update. Click OK to close Money and begin the update now.'

After installation of this update, the version number (seen by pressing Help->About) should end with 1303.

The full list of updates according to Microsoft are:
  • Corrects a problem in Windows Vista that would continually prompt you to download the update for Money 2007.
  • New text at the end of the update that prompts you press ENTER, instead of clicking OK because the OK button does not appear on all computers.
  • New text at end of the update that prompts you to restart Windows if you have a problem signing in to your Money file after you install the service pack.
  • Includes all the updates from Money 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
