At the end of the free 12-month period, the service fee for PayCycle Money will be $9.99 per month plus $0.99 per employee per month for each employee over 5 employees. This monthly service fee will be automatically charged to your credit card until you cancel. Upon cancellation, service fees charged for partial months will not be refunded.

H&R Block DeductionPro Offer: Includes for any Money 2006 Premium or Money 2006 Small Business product, one download of H&R Block’s 2004/2005 DeductionPro software. Offer valid from June 15, 2005, through April 30, 2006. Money Premium and Money Small Business users who click on the Free DeductionPro Offer link in the Microsoft software shall be directed to a location on the H&R Block Site, where they can access and download the free DeductionPro software.

GainsKeeper® Service Offer: Includes a free 1-year subscription to GainsKeeper Suite. The free GainsKeeper Suite offer also includes 125 trades for users of Microsoft Money 2006 Premium and Small Business editions. For any trades in excess of the 125 trade limit, users may purchase additional trade buckets. Service activation required.

Experian Credit Report and Credit Monitoring Offer: Includes a free one-time credit report and 12 months free credit monitoring. Receive e-mail notifications of important changes to your credit file. You must register for this offer within 1 year of your acquisition of Microsoft Money 2006, but in no event later than August 31, 2006.
