There is a bug in the budget which shows incorrect amounts in the February Budget. How the bug manifests itself, is that the amounts which are defined as 'monthly' payments are approximately 92% of the value that they should be. January and March amounts display correctly.
For example, if you have a recurring bill of $400 for some expenses, this will be reported as $367.97.
Unfortunately, there is nothing directly that you can do to fix this. You could get around it by setting up a custom amount per month (on the edit page of the budget), rather than a recurring amount, then Microsoft Money won't alter the budget.
This bug seems to have manifested itself in Microsoft Money 2005 and later.
