What happened to my European Currency in Money
On the 1st January 1999, the Euro was born. This was then the exchange rates of the member countries became fixed and the Euro (€) became a legal currency. The rates that the 'old' currencies were fixed to the Euro is below.

Versions of Microsoft Money, 2005 and later, only show the Euro and not the old national currencies. Microsoft Money 2004 still has some support for them.
Other information about the Euro
January 2002 saw the introduction of the coins and notes, and the national currencies started being removed.
Greece joined the Euro on 1st January 2001
Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom are not members of the Eurozone group of countries.
