Currency exchange rates

Microsoft Money downloads exchange rates for various currencies from MSN Money. These are money market rates that are 60 minutes delayed. The rates are used within MSMoney for calculation of account balances, investments and default values when transferring between accounts.

The rates can be seen at MSN Money. To manually force them to update, you can click on the 'online updates' icon in the top right corner, then press 'update now'. If you use the 'update quotes' options in portfolio, that won't do it for you as that only updates investment prices.

The Currency Exchange rates quoted will not usually be the same as the rates your bank may give you, so use them as a guide only.
