How many times have I run MS Money

The windows registry contains entries for Money on how many times MSMoney has been run on the user account in Windows.

Under 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Money' and then under the version number (e.g. 14.0 or 17.0), in the key 'MoneyRunCount', a number is stored which is incremented each time the Money program is opened.

This number is the number of times since the user account was created, and is probably reset when Money is installed. There appears to be no apparent use to this key with the Money program itself.

I do not recommend modifying any entries in the registry, unless you know what you're doing. Occasionally some patches are provided as registry files, but these are files you can double-click on and have been widely tested.
